Sponsorship Opportunities

This milestone event offers several sponsorship levels, each with exciting benefits that will give your business maximum visibility while helping support the Chamber’s mission. Whether you want to be at the heart of the action or enjoy a fun and casual experience, there’s an option for everyone!

The Centurion Sponsor – $1,000

Stand front and center at this historic celebration!
As a Centurion Sponsor, you’ll receive prominent recognition throughout the event, showcasing your commitment to our community’s rich history and bright future. This sponsorship is perfect for those who want their business to be recognized in a meaningful way.
What you’ll receive:

• 1 premier table of 8 (decorated by another sponsor)

• You will decorate 1 additional table (decade of your choice) to promote your business to 8 banquet guests

• Recognition on signage and on social media, as well as on the “Big Screen” during the event

The Heritage Partner – $750

Carry the legacy forward as a Heritage Partner. This sponsorship honors the decades that have shaped us while supporting the future of the Chamber and our community.
What you’ll receive:

• 1 reserved table of 8 (premium seating, after Centurion Sponsors & decorated by another sponsor—part of the fun!)

• You will decorate 1 additional table (decade of your choice) to promote your business to 8 banquet guests

• Recognition on social media and on the “Big Screen” at the banquet

The Visionary Partner – $450

Bring the future to life as a Visionary Partner! Perfect for businesses looking to take part in a high-impact sponsorship with great visibility and engagement.
What you’ll receive:

• 4 reserved seats at a table (decorated by another sponsor—let’s have fun with the decades!)

• Recognition on social media and during the event

The Soloist – $75

Step out on your own and shine like a star! The Soloist sponsorship is for those who want to join the fun, enjoy dinner, and make memories while being part of the celebration.
What you’ll receive:

• 1 banquet ticket at a reserved themed table (decorated by another sponsor)

To help bring the Through the Decades theme to life, each sponsor with the exception of "The Soloist" is asked to decorate one table of 8 in a decade of your choice or a futuristic theme. Here are some new ideas to inspire your table decor, along with the decorating table requirements:

TABLE DECORATING GUIDELINES:
*We encourage you to keep the theme in mind while planning the decorations as well as creative ways to promote your business to event attendees.
*Centerpieces must not be taller than 24 inches as to not interfere with guest’s view of the stage.
*Please remember that since this is a dinner event, our guests will need to have room to eat.  Please leave a clear path around the perimeter of the table for place settings.  You are welcome to incorporate your own napkins, chargers, and/or placemats, but those should be the only items within the outer 12 inches of the table.
*Most table decorators provide their own tablecloth. If you need a tablecloth, please let us know as we will have a few white tablecloths on hand.
*Many businesses choose to bring gift items to leave at each place for the guests to take home (to remind them of your business).
*Please be clear in designating which items the guests can take and which decorations you want to keep.  We don’t advise the use of priceless décor on the tables, even if well marked.
*If you have something that you want to light up or move, it must be battery-powered. No electricity will be available for any table decorations.
*Please note that table decorating is an opportunity to promote your business or organization.
*No political advertising will be allowed.
 
Tables are 60 inches in diameter.  (You will have 36 inches in diameter in the center of the table to decorate)

Vibe: Jazz, speakeasies, swing dance, and wartime nostalgia
Decor: Art deco, pearls & feathers, vintage suitcases, patriotic touches
Costumes: Flappers, gangsters, swing dancers, Rosie the Riveter, pin-up styles

2. Rock & Roll to Disco (1950s–1970s)

Vibe: Jukebox hits, peace & love, and disco fever
Decor: Checkerboards, jukeboxes, VW vans, tie-dye, disco balls
Costumes: Poodle skirts, leather jackets, hippies, bell-bottoms, sequins & disco jumpsuits

3. Totally Radical (1980s–1990s)

Costumes: Leg warmers, big hair, acid-wash denim, boy-band style, grunge flannel

4. The New Millennium (2000s–2010s)

Vibe: Y2K nostalgia, pop stars, and tech explosion
Decor: CDs, metallic accents, flip phones, LED lights
Costumes: Velour tracksuits, denim-on-denim, early pop star looks

5. The Future Is Now (2020s & Beyond)

Vibe: Futuristic, sleek, and forward-looking
Decor: Metallics, holographics, LED & neon glow
Costumes: Metallic outfits, space travelers, LED or glow accessories

1. The Roaring Era (1920s-1930s)

   • Think: Flappers, feather boas, pearls, fedoras, Gatsby-style suits, zoot suits.

2. Golden Oldies (1940s-1950s)

   • Think: Swing dresses, poodle skirts, leather jackets, military-inspired looks, vintage Hollywood glam.

3. Groovy Vibes (1960s-1970s)

   • Think: Tie-dye, bell bottoms, fringe, go-go boots, hippie florals, disco sparkle.

4. Retro Revolution (1980s-1990s)

   • Think: Big hair, neon, leg warmers, tracksuits, grunge flannel, band tees, and classic pop culture outfits.

5. Millennium Mashup (2000s-Today)

   • Think: Denim-on-denim, cargo pants, bedazzled looks, concert/festival vibes, or come as your favorite 2000s icon.

Tip: Accessorize! Hats, sunglasses, jewelry, and props will make even simple outfits pop for the costume contest and photos.
